About the event
Palestinian chef Sally Azzam will prepare a seasonal feast using fresh ingredients from our market garden, while sharing the flavours, traditions and stories behind the food. During the evening, Sally will also demonstrate how to make traditional Palestinian manakeesh with zaatar, with everyone invited to have a go. The event is part of a nationwide series organised by Amos Trust, raising funds for Tent of Nations, a family farm in the West Bank that continues to promote peace, education and resilience in the face of ongoing challenges.
